Moisture Barrier:
Prevents moisture from getting into unprotected parts of the building
structure. This will preserve the strength of the structure as well as
reduce maintenance costs.
Corrosion Resistance:
Pre-coated steel offers excellent corrosion
resistance achieved through continuous hot-dip vulcanization and corrosion
resistant primer/polyester coating. Protection is achieved when Zinc and
steel are together in the presence of moisture; the Zinc protects the steel
by galvanic action.
